Delivery
Whilst we despatch 95% of orders within 5 working days, please allow up to 14 days for delivery from receipt of order. If your order has more than one item, they may be despatched or arrive separately. On very rare occasions, orders may take longer than the stated time to be dispatched and we advise that customers contact us if they have not received orders after 14 days.
Note: Items received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt to ensure a valid claim.
Returns
ultramax.shops’s policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We normally do not accept non-faulty goods that are returned; however, if for any reason you still wish to return items ordered, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit, or exchange.
For orders that shipped free, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs unless the return or order cancellation is a result of our error. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items or cancelled orders. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the product was defective, and only if you use a return shipping label we provide.
To return a product, please email us at sales@ultramax.shop. Please include your name, part number, daytime phone number, order number, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.
All returned products must be in new condition with original packaging, documentation, accessories, and UPC codes. All returns or cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged for exchanged orders. We never charge a restocking fee if the product received was due to our error or if the product was defective. A partial refund of up to 50% of the item’s price may be issued for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if return instructions are not followed.
Refunds are typically processed within two weeks. This includes transit time (5–10 business days), processing time (3–5 business days), and bank processing time (5–10 business days).

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing error received from our suppliers, ultramaxneo.shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged, a refund will be issued promptly.
Product descriptions may vary due to typographical errors. Ultramax is not responsible for items not included in the original manufacturer packaging. Customers are advised to verify product contents before ordering.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. ultramax.shop reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time. All orders must be prepaid with an acceptable payment method. Additional verification may be required before order acceptance.
If an item is out of stock, Ultramax may refund or replace it with an equivalent or superior product. If no replacement is available, Ultramax may supply a partial order and back-order the remainder.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Switch. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Please ensure billing details are correct to avoid delays. Cards are charged upon order acceptance.

Sales Taxes
ultramax.shop automatically charges applicable UK sales tax. Customers are responsible for taxes on orders shipped outside the UK.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled after 14 days of placing the order if they have not yet been dispatched.
