Shipping & Returns

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from UK or EU warehouses via reliable carriers such as DHL or PostNL.

 

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated transit times after dispatch are approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country. These timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to carrier or external delays beyond our control. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with EU law.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are country-specific, based on the delivery address, order weight, and package dimensions. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within the EU.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email. You can track your parcel directly via the carrier’s website or using the link included in the confirmation email.

 

Returns Information
We are committed to your satisfaction and comply fully with EU consumer protection regulations.

 

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@ultramax.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, arrange an exchange if preferred.

 

Return Process
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags or labels attached and in suitable packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the safe return of items unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed promptly, typically within 14 days and often sooner. No restocking fee applied. 

 

Refund and Exchange Details
For standard returns due to a change of mind, we refund the full purchase price of the returned item or items, including original shipping costs if the entire order is returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund, repair, replacement, or exchange, depending on your preference and stock availability.

 

Exchanges are available where stock permits. Please contact sales@ultramax.shop in advance to confirm availability and arrange the process.

 

Legal Guarantee
In addition to the right of withdrawal, EU law provides a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a defect appears within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
