Ultramax provides this Limited Warranty for products purchased from our website.
1. What This Warranty Covers We warrant that, at the time of delivery and for the applicable Warranty Period (defined below), each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with our provided instructions/user manual.
2. Warranty Period The duration of this limited warranty varies by product or product category and is specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Examples include:
- Lithium Golf Batteries: 2 years
- Lithium Batteries : 2 years
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or degradation from ordinary use.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair/modification, or use not in accordance with instructions.
- Damage from fire, flood, theft, Acts of God, or other external causes.
- Consumables, accessories, or parts not supplied by us (unless specified).
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers/resellers.
4. Remedies If a defect arises during the Warranty Period and is covered, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with the same or a comparable product, or
- Refund the purchase price (less shipping/fees if applicable).
This is your exclusive remedy. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
5. How to Make a Claim Contact our support team at [sales@ultramax.co.uk] within the Warranty Period. Provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt),
- Description/photos of the issue,
- Product photos/serial number if applicable.
We may require return shipping (at your cost initially; we may reimburse if the claim is valid). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. No Other Warranties Except as expressly stated here, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
7. Governing Law This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
